An ironic punchline, which admittedly I didn't initially understand. So what made you decide to continue making comics? I remember encouraging you to make more, so am I able to claim some credit in their continuation?!
I know I say this every time I comment on one of your comics, but if only I had a semi-decent skill with paint i'd join in on the fun.

All encouragement is welcome! The sabbatical was mostly due to a new mouse with very poor precision. A new baby and a rough summer semester were also factors. You might consider playing around with InkScape sometime.
