Could you share which city this board is in? It is a good one especially, for young people. My problem though was wanting out of the world and I used up my youth trying to get out. Before I knew Jesus, I tried all the things the world offers as escape and even after I was saved, I spent some time trying to use Jesus as an escape but He wouldn't let me do that and He showed me that He will keep me safe in the world and even help me not to be of it.
It helps me keep balance between becoming like the world or trying to escape it by remembering that Jesus didn't come to condemn the world, it was condemned already, but Jesus came to save the world and He is doing that one sinner at a time. He chooses to do this through us and it is imperitive that we be able to be in the world and not like it and the only way to do that is with Holy Spirit power and the only way to have that is to walk closely to Jesus upon the narrow path that the Father has appointed to us as our life and obey Him in every situation that comes to us along that path. It is the only plan I know of to save this world that matters so much to us but is deadly as it is condemned under sin and death. The world is very dark and the shadow of death seems very oppressive but we who are indwelt by the Holy Spirit, in whom Jesus lives, have the power to dispell the darkness if we will only trust, obey, and not run away in fear.

I am often surprised by how a few simple words can come across on so many levels. Scripture is often like that to me, and -I admit- this billboard does not exist. I photoshoped a rephrasing of the Bible onto a billboard. There are cities with billboards *like* this -maybe that's what you were thinking of.
So many people in the world are looking for an escape. I know that often times I think to myself, 'If I just had ... my master's degree', and God is saying, 'I love you just the way you are, and you should realize the duty upon you is for today and not for some delayed unknown'.
Praise God for coming down to our level, so we would not have to escape. Blessed are those who have the faith to meet his Son here!
